The apartments were only built in 2018/2019 I think and they’re so new! We have a beautiful view and the hall ways are spacious and everything is kept so clean in the common areas. The apartments are very big and the full kitchen is an 11/10! Big jump from the dorms! Plus the parking garage is soooooo convenient with the 29th ave garage right there! It’s really not that much further than Sonora so it’s a great option! Lopes up!

The place is nice! The only thing is that it is the location is the worst. It is the furthest apartment on campus. Although it is nice it felt often like we weren't apart of the campus life. It was hard to always get updates on the things that were going on throughout campus.

This is a brand new building so there were some minor issues in the beginning. It is a little far from just about everything but if you like quiet then this is a great place. I shared the apartment with three other girls but we all got our on rooms and I only shared a bathroom with one other girl. You have to provide your own furniture in the living room and kitchen but it makes it so you can really personalize it. Overall I would live here again.
