Opened in fall of 2015, Acacia Hall includes fully furnished suites with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room area. Features an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor and massive outdoor courtyard.
Agave Apartments
Agave Apartments opened in the fall of 2016. It features large shared laundry facilities on each floor, an open lobby for community and an outdoor courtyard for student activities.
Cactus Apartments
Cactus Apartments opened in the fall of 2018. It features large shared laundry facilities on each floor, an open lobby for community and an outdoor courtyard for student activities.
Camelback Hall
Camelback Hall was opened in 2012 and features fully furnished suites, an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor, and an outdoor courtyard.
Canyon Hall
Canyon Hall features fully furnished suites. It features an atrium-style lobby, community recreation and TV areas, plus laundry facilities.
Chaparral Hall
Chaparral Hall opened in 2013.It features an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor, outdoor courtyard and student flex space including an outdoor pool, fitness center and Lopes Mart.
Diamondback Apartments
Diamondback Apartments opened in the fall of 2017. It features large shared laundry facilities on each floor, open lobby for community, and an outdoor courtyard for student activities.

North Rim Apartments
North Rim Apartments were remodeled in 2011. There are three floor plans to choose from. Features a large shared laundry facility, a charcoal barbecue, and a recreational green space.
Ocotillo Hall
Ocotillo Hall was opened in 2014. It features fully furnished suites, as well as an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor, and a massive outdoor courtyard.
Palo Verde Apartments
Palo Verde Apartments is a member of the cluster of brand new apartment buildings opening in 2020 to support the rapid growth of Grand Canyon University's student body. The addition of Sonora, Antelope and Palo Verde apartments just west of 29th Avenue not only adds 1,800 beds to a booming on-campus population, it signals a new wave of campus culture.
Papago Apartments
Papago Apartments opened in 2014 and consist of two buildings. There are two floor plans to choose from. The apartments feature a large shared laundry facilities on each floor, an open lobby for community, and an outdoor pool.
Prescott Hall
Prescott Hall opened in 2011. It has fully furnished suites and features an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor, and an outdoor courtyard.
Roadrunner Apartments
Roadrunner Apartments opened in the fall of 2016. They offer two floor plans to choose from. Roadrunner Apartments feature large shared laundry facilities on each floor, an open lobby for community, and an outdoor courtyard for student activities.
Saguaro Hall
Saguaro Hall was opened in 2013 and is a hall for transfer students. It features fully furnished suites, an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on every floor, a courtyard and student flex space, which includes an outdoor pool and a dance studio.
Sedona Hall
Sedona Hall was opened in 2012. It features fully furnished suites, an inviting lobby, breakout rooms for studying, laundry facilities on ever floor and an outdoor courtyard.
