Sophomore | July 6
I lived in Diamondback my freshman year 2022-23 and I loved it. I lived on the 6th floor so I didn't have anyone above me and it was always super quiet. People would throw parties but after 12 it was practically dead. You are right by the pool and the antelope gym which is nice, plus the Herd stop (big grocery store) is right next door too. If you're looking for a quieter building that still has fun, Diamondback is for you!

Diamondback is honestly a really good spot on campus. You're right by the Antelope/Diamondback pool, you have the herd stop (the biggest grocery store on campus) and the Antelope gym is in the building next door. You also have the Chick-Fil-A and a gcbc inside the building which is nice when you're too lazy to get food. 5 min walk to CCOB and maybe 10-15 minutes to Engineering which is completely doable. I'd recommend Diamondback for any Freshman or Transfers because it's becoming a more centrally located spot to live.
