1. Information We Collect
We collect information about you to provide our Services. The types of information that we collect while you use the Site are described below and include both information that you provide to us and information that we collect automatically when you use the Site.

You are not required to provide any information to access our Site, review school dormitories or to upload any images to our Site. For example, we may collect Personal Information from you when you enter a sweepstakes posted on our Site or if you subscribe to an email newsletter on our site. You may also email us or provide us with comments and feedback concerning the Site generally. By communicating with us in these ways, you may provide us with your email address, and other Personal Information. The submission of Personal Information is completely voluntary but is required to gain access to these additional Services.

When you browse our Site, the choices you make may provide information concerning your interests, and the appeal and efficacy of associated Site features. This information will be used to improve our Services. This information may also be used to identify school dormitories for which you might be interested in.

A. For Third Party Marketing Purposes

B. For Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions
We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) through the Services that may require registration for the Promotion. Promotions are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and if you do not reside in one of these locations, you may not register for or participate in a Promotion.
By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements, including, allowing the sponsor of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. In the event we enter into a business transaction, merger or acquisition by or with another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred.

- You have the right opt-out of any marketing communications we send to you at any time. You may exercise this right by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the marketing emails that we send to you. Or you may reply to any of our marketing emails requesting to be removed from our email database.
- If we have previously collected and processed your Personal Information with your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
- You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your Personal Information. For more information, contact your local data protection authority.
We will respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to keep any information in our archives that we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
We employ physical, electronic and managerial measure to safeguard the information we collect online. While no company can fully eliminate all security risks, we cannot make guarantees about any part of our Services. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and secret.
