Would not recommend. There's a video attached where the water is brown. Heating and A/C only work about 50% of the time. Power goes out randomly, I had so much fresh/frozen food in a mini fridge that went rotten. I had a scholarship cover 75% of housing cost and still wouldn't recommend it. Parking sucks, the area sucks, and Sage Point is right down the street from the ROTC where multiple sexual assault instances have happened in the last 2 years. Very unsafe and unclean. Please give people the basic necessities they need to live on campus. Not everyone has family 30 minutes away that they can turn to if they can't even take a hot shower/have power. Maintenance requests are rarely attended to, and if they are, it takes weeks for anything to get done. DO NOT STAY HERE! The only reason I stayed was for my roommates.

Living here at Sage Point was totally not worth it. I had a scholarship that covered 75% of my housing costs, and still would not recommend it. The only saving grace was that my roommates were sweet. I lived with my best friend and 2 other girls that we matched with fairly well. The AC/heater didn't work 50% of the time, whether it was summer or winter. When we would submit maintenance requests, they wouldn't be acknowledged for a week, on average. There were problems with the water heater, so my floor was constantly experiencing either no water, cold water, or dirty water. I was lucky enough to have family close by that I could actually go take a hot shower at their house. However, my roommate from out of state didn't have the same luxury. My power would go out several times throughout the night, which led to lots of frozen/fresh food inside my mini fridge go rotten and to waste. The meal plan was ridiculous, you couldn't even use dining dollars at majority of places on campus, like the smoothie place inside the student life center. The parking was an absolute joke, the roads and constant construction was a nightmare, and no hours for anything was ever accurate. We installed the multiple apps for campus information and nothing was ever correct or updated. COVID shut down a lot of things, but none of the food delivery through Boost would actually help. The food at Kahlert Village (newer dining hall) was usually pretty good. The food at PHC was subpar and I could've cooked better with my microwave and mini fridge. Overall, not worth the thousands of dollars for such crappy living conditions. The only nice building was Kahlert Village, which was brand stinkin' new. The lottery on those go super quick so prepare yourselves. I think I would've had a better experience had I had the option to live at Kahlert Village, but I won't be back to campus. Off-campus housing for the winnnnn.
