Benchmark Plaza
Benchmark Plaza features 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments for first year residents. Features computer lab, equity office and inclusion center, WiFi, cable TV and laundry facilities.
Cedar Court 700
The Cedar Court 700 apartments include 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments for upperclassmen. Features free laundry, WiFi, green space, community space, BBQ area, parking and cable TV.
Chapel Glen
Chapel Glen features suite style double and single rooms for first-year students. Feature common area spaces, fitness area, ski wax room, kitchenettes, WiFi, cable TV and laundry facilities.
Downtown Commons 1
The Downtown Campus 1 apartments include private bedrooms within 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Features on-site laundry, on-site mail service, community lounge, DirecTV package, WiFi and free parking.
Downtown Commons 2
Downtown Commons 2 apartments include 2 person bedrooms with 2 bedrooms to each apartment. Features on-site laundry, on-site mail service, community lounge, DirecTV package, WiFi and free parking.
Gateway Heights
Gateway Heights features suite style double and triple rooms for first-year students. Features common area spaces, lounge spaces, kitchenettes, WiFi, cable TV and laundry facilities.
Khalert Village
Kahlert Village is a beautiful, modern residential community, as of 2021 one of the newest buildings on campus. As a first year dorm, Kahlert is home to approximately 990 first-year students. Kahlert features four themed-living communities to help first year students become more engaged with their campus community. The building features suite-style configurations along with more traditional single and double occupancy rooms. Kahlert Village has a great location in the heart of campus. Amenities include an in dorm full service dining hall and communal study and work spaces available to students. This community requires a meal plan for residents.
Lassonde Studios
Lassonde Studios offers cluster, loft and pod style living options. Features a 20,000 square foot innovation space, kitchenettes, indoor bicycle storage, outdoor patio, 24-hour front desk and mail, conference and group meeting rooms, Miller Cafe, WiFi, cable TV and free laundry facilities. Lassonde Studios houses multiple Maker Lounge Themes.
Marriott Honors Community
Marriott Honors Community features apartment living for Honors students. Features classroom spaces, an Honors Market/Convenience Store, front desk and mail room, centralized laundry room, study library, music room, pool table, TV lounge, conference and seminar rooms, WiFi, ski wax room and cable TV.
Officer's Circle
Officer's Circle is a community comprised of 10 individual houses, each with a different academic or themed focus. Features kitchens, lounge spaces, front porches, exterior bike storage, WiFi, cable TV and laundry facilities.
Sage Point
Sage Point features suite-style single, double, triple and deluxe rooms for first-year students. Features a gym facility, lounge space, kitchenettes, WiFi, cable TV and laundry facilities.Sage Point houses Living Learning and Theme Communities.
Shoreline Ridge
Shoreline Ridge features 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Features indoor bicycle storage, WiFi, cable and laundry facilities.
U of U at Block 44
U of U at Block 44 offers studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Features an in-unit laundry facility, green space, community pool, community Pilates room and fitness center, basic cable and WiFi.
