    Citrus Hall is part of the Libra Community, which features six residence halls reserved for first-year students. The Libra community is home to the Libra Community Center, a common area with a large screen television, a common kitchen area, two laundry rooms, and an area for vending machines. The Libra community houses the Green House and Out-of-State students Living Learning Communities.

      Citrus Hall features pod-shaped suites, where each suite opens onto a central pod area on each floor. The "pod" is a shared living space that includes couches, tables, and chair for the floor residents to gather in. Suites have two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between each suite.
