I like evergreen because you can move in a furnished unit and not have to spent thousands on furniture, sofas, tables, etc. They give you a $150 allowance for utilities and my 3 other roommates and I usually don't go over that so it's nice that it's included in the rent. It is expensive for what you get, a small apartment but it worked for me. Know your roommates and set boundaries before you move in!! I never did and it was absolutely horrible.
