I liked Campus Village because they are offering double apartments as a single so you don't have to live with roommates, and after my experience with my roommates that is a huge deal! It is nice because you don't have to live in the dorms but are still very close to campus and have a small kitchen for cooking and a pretty large bathroom with a tub. For me, that is all I need. Evergreen is very nice compared to campus village but you must have roommates at evergreen as they only offer 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments.
