  • About Walnut Grove Center

    The Walnut Grove residence center is the newest housing option on the IU Bloomington campus, which opened for students starting fall of 2021. Walnut Grove is nestled in the Northwest Neighborhood, and offers offers a mix of residential types with lots of brand new amenities. Walnut Grove's rooms are air-conditioned with non-operable windows. Air-conditioning temperatures can be set from 74 to 78 degrees, when the outdoor air temperature is above 52 degrees. In the winter months, heating can be adjusted from 68 to 72 degrees. Walnut Grove offers single rooms with a shared bathroom in a suite style as well as standard double dorm rooms.
