I really like this location because you can change the settings on the AC unit. The stove and oven worked well and the kitchen has plenty of storage space for food and cookware. There might be some problems with the furniture distribution as my room didn't have a wardrobe and some of my roommates didn't have bedrails for the bunk beds. You should be able to contact matenance to get the correct furniture if something is missing. The bunk beds come apart easily so both you and your roomate can sleep on the ground if you want to be less space efficient. There is an ambulance station very close to the building so you will be hearing sirens all night. I got used to it very quickly and it wasn't a problem for me but if you are a light sleeper then you should probably keep that in mind. I haven't noticed much loud noise from people within the building but idk if the soundproofing is better than average or if my neighbors are just quiet. There have been very minor bug problems so you should definitely by sweeping/vacuuming the kitchen area somewhat frequently. Bringing some traps wouldn't hurt, however I've been fine without them.
