The room is bigger than most dorms, but otherwise it is a very average building. I loved the Phelps Scholar aspect where I could meet people from many different cultures and parts of the world, something that’s not easy to find at Hope. But otherwise, the environment is less than social and is more studious, forcing me to find friends elsewhere. However, it’s rare to find a “sorority-type” girl in Scott, which was a plus for me. The gym is also super close by.
