Sophomore | February 10
Got a bad housing time slot and chose Stoke because I figured it can’t *really* be as bad as people say. Oh it really is. Toilet seats are always crusted with pee, and the toilets themselves are often clogged to the brim with poop. Moldy water comes through the shower ceilings. People played basketball outside my window until 3am. Hordes of 50+ rowdy freshmen hang out outside the front door on the first fall weekend waiting to be let in. RAs have been assaulted. Random 6 ‘3” drunk men accost you in the hallways at night. This place is such a nightmare, actually stay away.

The singles are nice, the elevator broke earlier this year and the freshmen love to “party” here and loiter outside. Play loud older music out the window and they leave usually.
