      Overall Dorm Grade

I was a resident in this dorm years ago before all of the remodeling was done. Years ago the dorm was male only. Tile floors, gang showers, no A/C, pay phones in the hallways, and lots of noise. The University of Maryland has done an excellent job in rehabbing this facility bringing it into the 21st Century. Folks staying in the new and improved Alleghany Hall have it good!
