They pair you with people who are not of your same ethnic background. My daughter had the smell of ethnic food being cooked around the clock. They kept jacking up the air to 85 degrees. And one of the girls boyfriends moved in. Electricity issues. Mattress issues. Lots of problems. I don’t recommend. You can get your student their own apartment for what you pay to live here.
