Junior | April 20
I visited here with my friend in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with the tiny kitchen. This place is a joke and is gross. It always smells like weed, cigarettes and burnt food in the hallways due to inadequate ventilation ( the rooms literally vent to the hallway!) The kitchen is a JOKE and has two burners with a tiny sink. The counter space is nonexistent and instead of cabinets there are just shelves. There is a 2x4 rubber type of floor in front of the kitchen space that can be easily cleaned but the rest of that floor is carpeted. In my opinion that is gross, how are you ever going to clean it besides vacuuming. The bedrooms have a window on the door which allows for zero privacy while you're in your room. The only upside is you get your own bathroom in the one type of unit. The rooms are so small that they could be compared to a dorm room. The lobby is alright and polished but once you go up the elevator you are greeted with smelly, dark, and low ceilinged hallways. The building isn't old, I think it was built in 2005 but somehow they need to do renovations already because the rooms are inadequate. One time I was visiting my friend and the front doors and elevator didn't even need to be unlocked (there is a key that must be scanned) and we could walk straight up to her room. Also each room has that ugly translucent glass that you can see if somebody is home in each room when you're walking down the halls.. Security issues?? It is appalling this place is considered an apartment building because the rooms are basically overpriced dorm rooms and is very low quality, low end type of building. Live here if it is your last option but wow please do your research!
