Had a horrible mouse issue for the whole school didn’t even get offered to move to another building

Some bugs downstairs near the common room, the laundry room is always dirty and machines are always broken. Wi-fi could be better, it goes in and out a lot. Showers are okay and get cleaned regularly. I've heard mice in the wall a few times. Other the bright side, the room size is pretty good for 2 people
