The building is old, ugly, and not well maintained with poor wifi. The building is pretty far from all of the academic buildings although West Side Dining is across the street. A lot of people are noisy here, especially in the evenings at night. The same group of people hog up the main lounge all day although the other lounges are pretty nice. RAs strictly enforce mask rules, but not others like quiet hours and marijuana usage. Everything else is decent though.
