Thatcher Hall is actually the worst place to live on Campus. The first thing you notice about Thatcher is the very foul odor the building has. Thatcher always smells like musty carpet, mold, and cannabis. The communal kitchen is actually disgusting and never cleaned. The furniture in the common rooms is just leftover dorm chairs (which aren't clean.) Nobody uses the common rooms because it's so bad. The rooms are small for two people, and the AC/Heat breaks frequently. Communal bathrooms are poorly maintained and hardly cleaned thoroughly. Expect body hair in the sink and showers along with grime. Thatcher is cheap for a reason. If you want a remotely decent college experience, do NOT choose Thathcer.

The showers have dead bugs in them. There’s constantly crickets on the first floor. Overall, it is disgusting. DO NOT choose Thacher.
