Apartments are quadruple occupancy and are for graduate students only. Consists of four private bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Each bedroom contains one bed, one file cabinet, one desk, and one chair.

Apartments are triple occupancy. Consists of one single occupancy, one double occupancy, one private bathroom, one shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Each room contains one bed, one dresser, one desk, one chair, and one file cabinet per student.
