Don't live here! The white woman who runs it is useless and racist!

The standard rooms are very small. The rooms aren't very clean. When I moved in I was shocked at how the floors and bathrooms were dirty. I literally had to clean the brown spots off the showers. I wished they checked more often. The bathroom floors are cracked. So there were pieces of tile on the floor. There is also a smell of smoke. I saw smoke coming from a bush near one of the complexes. If you wanna be in and have the money to do so, do Desoto dexulex. There's an extra half bath and a study room. The standard style has 1 very small room. Which I don't mind but, it has a really small single closet which may not work for everyone, but it's expected as it is cheaper and older. It's hard with the one closet be cause the beds are in a L Layout and can't be placed differently. So my roommate has to squeeze between my desser and my bed to get to the closer. There is literally only a 1foot gap. I think it would be better if the beds where lofted. It it was lofted or had the ability to be lofted the room could be great. Lofted so that we could put the desk and or dresser under the bed. The desks don't fit in the rooms. They are all in the living room. It's not ideal especially for studying.
