Horrible management. Staff will repeatedly mislead you just to make sure that you sign the lease. We were told originally that we had to find another roommate to secure a 4-bed unit, then to which they later said was impossible because another tenant was resigning. That person was not added to our roommate group until a week after assignments were released. We have found management in our apartment with no notice (we did not let them in), and your lease ends Aug 17th, so you are made essentially homeless for 2 weeks if you are not resigning since most leases in Boston don't begin until September 1st. Incredibly overpriced for tiny bed spaces, thin walls, and utilities constantly breaking. You also must sign in every guest repeatedly, despite the lease saying you only have to every 24 hours. You are better off paying the same for a better Boston apartment or living on campus.
