Freshman | September 9
The staff sucks, most are unfriendly and clueless. My roommates and I have stayed for not even a month yet, but both washers are broken on our floor. At least one or more of the dryers or washers are broken on all other floors. The ice machine in the lobby is broken and has been for weeks. Mind you we are not allowed to have any ice machines of our own. The dining hall is terrible. Maintenance is slow and useless. You have to put a work order in before you can get anything “fixed”. They fixed my cork board above my desk with duct tape and left boot marks on my desk. I waited a week for something I could’ve done myself. The elevators are old and rickety. Many residents are complaining about them. The washers and dryers for dorm buildings are at the bottom of the priority list, while apartment buildings are at the top. The building and rooms just feel old.
