      Overall Dorm Grade

For a 4-occupant dorm, the quality of living is alright. I would recommend you find 3 friends that you’d like to live with and create a chore chart, however, as it is often difficult to live with strangers regardless of number, and with 4 people, messes occur. Regrettably, though, the owner of the building is quite abrasive. Whenever I have encountered him, I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth due to his attitude/tone/demeanor. I have found this is particularly towards women, as the males I know here have not encountered such issues. He is not often encountered, as the RAs are mostly there. The RAs are mostly nice, with a few exceptions. Signing guests in is an annoying process if you do it often, and it seems to illicit an attitude in some of the staff if you do so. Overall, I would give this dorm a C rating, as it has not been the worst experience, but this is far below my preferred standard.
