This apartment is nice for on-campus living. Some things are a bit outdated but this specific one had more updates than others such as a new toilet, sink, and brick by the patio. The dimensions are also different from other apartments in the building with the rooms being slightly smaller. Shelving in closets can also vary. Rooms are air conditioned but there are air flow issues in the bedrooms. WiFi can also be difficult depending on how close the router is to your room. Parking is only one spot per apartment but it’s really close to the main lot making it easy to take turns using the spot. It’s also really close to the gym facilities and a short walk to get to the dinning center. Laundry is in the basement and usually works
