The rooms are spacious. It’s nice to have your own bathroom. The large windows are definitely a plus. I like how the walls aren’t blocks. A downside are the paper thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING even whispers and other people can hear you.

The room is what you’d expect, it’s the most basic college dorms can possibly get. You’ve either gotta be ready to tolerate your roommate or be prepared to find places to hang out. The bathroom is terrible. The toilets don’t have a lid and the rods for hanging towels are mounted right above the toilet, so bring command hooks to hang towels and whatnot on the back of the door. Also try to find ways to store things under the sink since there’s hardly any counter space, especially if you’ll also be using the sink to wash dishes and stuff. And before I forget, the maintenance guys took about 4-5 months to fix our shower when we sent in a work order. Also: the hot water in the building was randomly cut off every now and then without warning for repairs, we had a fruit fly infestation for 2 weeks, and one time the elevator was broken on the main floor for almost a month. This building is way overpriced and I would not recommend anyone staying here if you have any choice in the matter. The only perk is that the laundry rooms are surprisingly nice (half the dryers usually don’t work, though.)
