One of the worst living experiences I've ever had. I subleased, and moved into a pig stie, got charged $600 for previous tenant’s damage and left items, then had to deal with the laziest, most conceded, careless staff I've ever dealt with in my life. Email about a problem? Good luck hearing back this month! Complaint about an unjust charge? That's your problem. Thankfully I took pictures when I moved in because I had heard of similar issues, but imagine my surprise when I find out they limit your ability to submit more than three pictures in your damage claim. So, I'm forced to submit limited evidence, in an approval process controlled entirely by an abstinently apathic to their jobs staff? Yeah, okay. Not living there again and wouldn't recommend it to any student either! You're better off in Des Places.
