  • About Toni Morrison Hall

    Toni Morrison Hall provides modern living spaces, that enhancing the residential experience and encouraging interaction among students. The hall aims to draw students out of their individual rooms into common areas that support group study and social interaction. Additionally, students have easy access to spacious lounges and nearby cafés.  In the 2022-2023 school year, Toni Morrison Hall will house sophomores as a part of Cornell’s Sophomore Village. The community is home to 306 residents, is air conditioned, and is located on North Campus. Amenities include lounges, study areas, shared kitchens, music practice rooms and laundry facilities. In each bedroom, each occupant has an extra-long twin bed, wardrobe, three drawer bureau, a desk & share, a lamp, a wastebasket, and a recycling bin.

      The room was brand new and a great place to live. The dining hall downstairs is really great.
