it's got pretty big rooms compared to the rest of the dorms at Campbell and the AC and heat works actually pretty well but where things are the worst is there is so much water damage literally every single day somebody reports some type of water damage and it's never any students fault and literally most the time they never actually take care of it they just kind of cover it up or replace the carpet with new carpet saying it's all good when really it's not and you will just have like rainfalls of water leakage all the time and they can never seem to quite fix it and then also one major thing about Pat Barker that you need to know is the dryers do not work it takes forever for them to actually dry your clothes me most of the time I have to have seven cycles run divided up between four dryers.
