  My experience at Sevier Hall at APSU was not it tbh. I got here and everything was fine. As the year started to go on things got worse. We have found countless amount of roaches which is not just a me problem but an everyone problem. One time there was one in our room that was literally the size of a room key. Usually these are in the hallway, but there was one in our room and I was fed up. You will see them everywhere. We keep our room where you shouldn’t have to deal with roaches but they are still here. On top of that,the tile in our bathroom is coming up and gets everywhere including our room. There is mildew in the showers and we have had a problem with the drain clogging. If you are an upcoming freshman at APSU, DO NOT come to Sevier. It is nasty. I understand if it is your only option because it is the cheapest, but if you can avoid it, do so. Other than these issues, the good things about it is it is closest to everything on campus, like the dining hall, the chic fil a, a lot of the classrooms, etc.
