Dorms are aging and need some refresh. A fresh coat of paint, etc. Student leave trash and noone picks it up. I dont understand why they don't have trash receptacles near each entrance. Son's AC broke down many times and they just put a bandaid on it. On the plus side, close to campus and easy to get to from highway. Very easy to get around Augusta.
