    • Bayou Oaks

      In order to live in the Townhouse facilities, a student must be an active member of a registered organization housed in the community. Features shuttle buses to and from campus, computer center, after hours on-call staff, 24-hour fitness center, pool tables, interior courtyard, free laundry facilities, bike storage, community kitchen, vending machines, gated community, 24-hour courtesy desk, and furnished townhouses.


    • Cambridge Oaks

      Features resident clubhouse, swimming pool, sand volleyball court, 24-hour laundry facility, resident parking, study tables and 24-hour laundry.


    • Cougar Place

      Enrolled UH students who have sophomore standing or higher or are age 20 or older by September 1st may choose to live in Cougar Place. Features suite-style living, private bedrooms, computer room, free laundry facilities, fitness area, lounge area with TVs and pool tables, reservable outdoor equipment and wired/wireless internet.


    • Cougar Village I

      Only first-year students are able to live in Cougar Village I. Features 24-hour desk operation and security, First Year Residential Experience program, free laundry facilities, computer lab, two kitchens on every floor, two study lounges, two large social lounges, Cougar Xpress market, wired/wireless internet, mini fridge, fitness room and bike racks. Cougar Village I houses the freshman Honors Community, the Chinese Major Community, Impact Community, Hotel and Restaurant Management Community and Natural Sciences Major Community.


    • Cougar Village II

      Only first-year students are able to live in Cougar Village II. Features free laundry facilities, computer cluster, multipurpose rooms, seminar and classrooms, two kitchens on every floor, two study lounges per floor, two large social lounges per floor, wired/wireless internet, pool tables and fitness room. Cougar Village II houses the Cougar Experience Scholars and the Theatre, Business, Engineering and NSM Pre Health Professions communities.


    • Cullen Oaks

      Provides fully furnished apartments to students. Features a 24-hour fitness center, recreation center, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, outdoor gathering pavilions, garage parking, bike storage, 24-hour academic success center, group study lounges, Wi-Fi throughout community, 24-hour on call staff, on-site laundry facilities.


    • Moody Towers

      All enrolled UH students are eligible to live in Moody Towers. Features a 24-hour information desks and security, secured access to building, free laundry facilities, community-style bathrooms, computer lab, cyber lounge, Fresh Food Company, TV lounges, ATM, exercise room, pool tables and fully furnished rooms.


    • University Lofts

      Enrolled UH students who have a junior standing or higher or are age 21 or older by September 1st may choose to live in University Lofts as their home. Features study lounges, theater room, two roof terraces, sky lounge, fitness center, free laundry facilities, Cougar Xpress market, Subway restaurant, private courtyard, retail space with a courtyard, Wi-Fi, pool table, computer lab and a special-event kitchen.
